Are the products of Fittesla officially authorized by Tesla?

It is neither inferred nor implied that any item sold by FIT, is a product authorized by or in any way connected with Tesla Inc.
But we guarantee that the products sold can be used normally in the corresponding models under Tesla.Please refer to the disclaimer.

Is there a warranty?

In addition to a 14-day return and exchange policy, we provide 12 to 24 months of free warranty service for all products sold. Warranty can only be claimed once. For any warranty claims, you must provide us with photos or videos as proof, as these will be examined before providing you with a replacement. Important: Due to factors such as the global increase in shipping costs, customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with warranty product returns.Please refer to the refund policy.

Price Protection Policy

We offer a Price Protection Policy for up to 90 days. If the price of the product drops within 90 days after your order, please contact our customer service, and we will refund the price difference to you.

How to install?

We include a product installation manual with all the products we sell. If the product installation manual is missing from your packaging list, please contact us immediately. Do you ship to my country?

Once payment for your order on this website is successfully completed, we will promptly proceed with shipping and delivery. If payment cannot be completed, shipping and delivery to that region are not supported.

What if they don't fit? Of the parcel is damaged?
